Quality engineer, Central Texas,
Company is continuing expansion of its manufacturing Operation in Texas. Company is a world-class supplier in the precision machined power train components and assemblies to the heavy duty, high performance marine, oil and automotive related markets.  Being family owned has significant advantages including the ability to foster a genuine atmosphere of caring and uniquely rewarding employee performance and dedication. The plant runs a two shift operation using state of the art equipment for assembly in large new immaculately clean, climate controlled plant.
Looking for a world class Quality engineer of the highest caliber.
  Must have experience assembling engines. OEM or similar products i.e. transmissions etc.
Must be hands on manufacturing oriented.
Must have a experience  wit  teams and mentoring plant people.
Must have launch experience.
Must have strong computer skills.
Must have strong customer skills.
Must know APQP, Lean principles TPM, etc.
Must know how to implement change/improvements.
Must have a technical degree with a full array of quality certifications and TS16949 standards
