Senior Coordinator, Tribute Giving
An innovative, creative thinker will be excited by this opportunity to join our expanding Ontario Division Office team, developing and supporting the Provincial Tribute Giving program, including In Memoriam, In Honour and the online Tribute Giving site. A self-motivated multi-tasker who thrives in a changing environment, you will be involved in the development of resource and marketing materials, staff and volunteer training, program analysis and strategic planning, and building relationships with outside vendors, agencies and professional associations.
To meet these challenges, you must have a related post-secondary education, or equivalent, plus 3 or more years of fundraising experience in a multi-level, not-for-profit organization, including implementing fundraising programs in the community. As a result, you have gained a sound understanding of various fundraising techniques, community development principles and the regional differences within the province. You are a customer service-focused, organized communicator with excellent market research, project management and analytical skills and a working knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook).
In return for your contributions, we offer a very attractive compensation package, which encompasses excellent benefits, including a pension plan, 3 weeks of vacation, flex-time, advancement opportunities, and the chance to work in a supportive, caring environment. Qualified non-smokers are invited to send their resumes, by August 22, 2008, to:
