Communications Coordinator
Join our Smokers’ Helpline Community Engagement team in this full-time, contract position, to March 31, 2009. Based in Hamilton and reporting to the Senior Manager, Community Integration and Promotion, you will support the overall goals and communication activities of the Smokers’ Helpline. A highly motivated, results-oriented individual with superior writing, editing and proofreading skills and knowledge of tobacco control issues and strategies, you have what it takes to be involved in internal and external communications, media relations, marketing and promotional plans, publication coordination, annual communications plans and special projects. In return for your contributions, we offer a very attractive compensation package, which encompasses a salary in the 40K range and some benefits, and an opportunity to work in a supportive, caring environment. Qualified non-smokers are invited to send their resumes, by June 25, 2008, to:
